Room Description

Hello! We have a rare opening at our Doubleheader Ranch horse property in the foothills of beautiful Morrison, Colorado. This is a 30-acre horse property with 6 cabins and one main ranch house (owner occupied). Each cabin is approx 500-600 square feet with one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, and living room.

Cabin #3 is available JUNE 1, 2026. This is a one story cabin for $1650 per month which includes all utilities. It does not include WIFI but we do have a TMobile tower nearby with great service and many tenants use TMobile wifi or NETEO Mountain wifi. The laundry is a shared separate room in the main ranch house ($2 per load). This cabin has a large front glass window with direct views of the entire front range. It's spectacular!!

NOTE: This is ideal for (1) adult but will consider (2) adults as well.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking if you have a boat, RV, or 2 cars, there are multiple spots right in front of the cabin.

This is a very quiet property with lovely long term mature renters. Everyone is kind and helps eachother out. If you want mountain living close to Denver, this is your spot. We are at 8500' elevation and have horses on the property. You may have dogs and this cabin has a fenced yard for dogs as well as plenty of hiking around the ranch. We are 5 minutes away from KING SOOPERS and many restaurants and other amenties just a short drive south on 285. We are about 10 minutes south of Hwy 470 / 285 interchange in the city of Morrison/Jefferson County.
