Description

Cabin is one of 7 on historic ranch that doesn't come available for rent to often. This is the largest cabin and most secluded with about 2 acres of woods and privacy. Comes with a stand-alone office or she-shed and covered garage, large bathroom and loft. Away from the hustle but still close to everything, Conifer King Soopers is about 5 miles and it's about 11 miles up from the intersection of C-470 and HWY 285, only one stop sign between this place and DIA! Roads are plowed and maintained but 4wd is a must. Property has campsite with RV pedestal for rent if family comes to visit and one of the tallest mountain peaks along 285 for private hiking. Current tenant is moving to another state so please pardon pictures, it doesn't come furnished. Please do not drive onto property without appointment or will not rent to you.

Renter is responsible for utilities; Electric, gas, trash, internet. Has good woodburning stove to offset heating bills, renter responsible for own wood but no cutting down anything on property. Lease included water and sewer, place is on its own well. No aggressive breed dogs allowed and/or dogs aggressive towards horses (we have 4 on property). No cable TV connections but internet works well for working from home and streaming services. Nonsmoker preferred. We're in a forest, no outside fires, no hunting, no discharging fire arms. Want to keep it peaceful. Ideal renter would be handy, love the outdoors and the beauty and challenges that may come with it.
