About this House

Rustic but cool cabin on iconic property with views as far as you can see. 1 of 6 cabins on 29 acre property that doesn't come available too often. Love hiking, one of the tallest mountains along HWY 285 is on the property and is our private hiking mountain with 360 views from the top that are amazing. Away from the hustle but still close to everything, Conifer King Soopers is about 5 miles. We're about 11 miles from the intersection of C-470 and HWY 285. Only one stop sign between this place and DIA! Roads are plowed and maintained but AWD/4WD is a must. Property also has campsite with RV pedestal for rent if family comes to visit. Current tenant is moving so please pardon pictures, it doesn't come furnished. Please do not drive onto property without appointment or it will not rent to you.

Rent includes gas, water, sewer and electricity. Preference will be given to those who fill out the Zillow application. And please don't enter the property without me.
