House is located less than half a mile from the I-95/395 exit as well as 295, making it close for commuting to UMBC/CCBC/BWI airport, short distance from UMB, Johns Hopkins, downtown Inner Harbor and within walking distance to both the Orioles (5-7 min walk !) and Ravens stadiums/Federal Hill.

Room is on 2nd floor (with closet space and plenty of light from large window) + shared hallway bathroom.
Utilities will be split evenly among all house members (BGE/water/internet). Move in dates can be negotiable

There's always plenty of parking, unlike Federal Hill, and we have the best neighbors. We have four young kids ages six and under, and we love raising our family here."
