Description

In 1986, we sub-divided and moved the building back and moved the utilities underground.

In 1992, we added a beautiful har-tru tennis court which cost ~$100,000. This is landscaped and maintained by Cape & Islands Tennis & Track

In 2010, we renovated the house and added additional space which cost ~$375,000.

The basement includes a family room which is 23ft by 30ft, ½ bath, AC, Gas Fireplace, Wet Bar with refrigerator, french doors opening up to the backyard and the tennis court.

The utility and storage room is 17ft by 30ft and has a washer & dryer, gas hot water & gas forced hot water heating system with multiple zones.

Part of the new renovation is a wrap around porch made with Trek & Azek with a poured concrete foundation. It covers 3 sides of the house with a covered farmer’s porch in front. The back porch is 15ft by 16ft with stairs going to an outside shower!

In addition, there is a 3 season room by Harvey using glass, aluminum & invisible screening with air conditioning overlooking the back yard and tennis court.

The second floor living room flows into the spacious 19ft by 15 1/2ft deck thru french doors overlooking the back yard and tennis court.
In 2013, we re-divided the land to add a new private sea shell driveway. We also added a new septic system.
