My children previously attended Cape Cod Academy and I will start by stating that we are very happy to be out of this school. Before you choose to send your child, think about the following:- The school is soul-less. Rather than creating a community that teaches children to be welcoming, accountable for their actions, and open-minded, they have managed to drive any sense of this out of the school. - The school does not reflect reality. By middle-school, the administration, the parents (and their children) have managed to drive out anyone that does not believe in the conservative mindset. The lack of inclusiveness, the cliques, and the unwillingness to help out your fellow classmate are part of the culture. My children have left this school damaged and we are in the process of rebuilding. And my children are not alone. Unlike the public system where you can always find like-minded people, if you do not align, your child will be left out. And no one cares as long as tuition is paid.
