"Community has online events as well as local events even in this Covid environment. Also the community has summer events when possible "
  • Felix A.
"I would not know how to answer this question. Reason being that I do not own a pet. For dog owners there’s ample space to walk and exercise their dogs."
  • Felix A.
"I love living here. The neighborhood is peaceful children and pets loving. I will always recommend to all interested people."
  • Kasspjohnson
"The neighbors really make the neighborhood. We’ve made friends and feel a great sense of community here—the kids are friends, the parents are friends, and we host all kinds of events at our homes and the clubhouse from birthdays to baby showers."
  • Aerian1221
"Living here almost 6 years, it’s close to major highways and metro. It’s not really what I would consider walkable but there are a few walkers here and there. Most people have lived in this area 15+ years. It has a nice bird community and it’s quiet. Never have problems with car break-ins/jackings or robberies. I feel safe here. Oh, and wegmans, costco, smoothie king, and a hotel is about a mile or less away. "
  • Gregory J.
"We are very close to Fed Ex Field and there are events Big E vents where the entire family can enjoy not to mention football games and concerts also great dinning options Glenarden is 20 mins from Downtown Washington D.C and only 40 mins from Baltimore great central location for a up and coming neighborhood/ community. "
  • Gloriaoduah
"My neighborhood is a quiet and safe. Mix family type, young families with kids and much older families who are empty nesters. Social interaction is at the most minimal. We have a rather friendly atmosphere."
  • Gloriaoduah
"Safety and great recreational facilities for families. We also have a public library for all ages. Area is close to most public transport points."
  • Felix A.
"Nice neighborhood, particularly safe. Everybody is friendly and pick up after them. A lot of kids enjoy the neighborhood so do the adults."
  • Stephanie P.
"We own a couple of vehicles. There is metro bus end of block from neighborhood entrance and subway about 1 no more then 1 1/2 mile away."
  • Felix A.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for eight years. Friendly community, relatively peaceful. Well planned out and close to the beltway, also a well planned mall is in the community."
  • Felix A.
"I have a personal car, so no experience of the public transportation service. I see buses on major streets and the nearest subway is about five miles away."
  • Maxfactor2
"None that I know of currently. I like that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance."
  • Stephanie P.
"I live in this area since 2011 neighbors are friendly and respect each other. Look out for ones another"
  • Tshodge
