One assigned parking space with additional parking on the street. Tenant only pays electric. There will be a non-refundable $50 credit and background check required per adult with high credit score, no evictions and bankruptcies. Zillow applications accepted. No cosigns. First month's rent and security deposit required at the time of signing the lease. Association requires non-refundable $50 for leasing and a non-refundable $50 move-in fee. Association also requires a $300 move-in move-out deposit. If there are no damages to the building it is refundable. These are to be paid to management before move-in at the time of signing the lease. No pets or smoking. allowed in the building. Please allow 8 hours advance in showing since tenant currently occupied.

    "Very very friendly and well kept up neighborhood. Everyone helps each other. Great senior center and I love the library. It has wonderful programs also. Their website is the best. Des plaines has wonderful schools. Very easy to reach anywhere because of being close to the airport. We also have access to many major highways. Metra is easy to get to here for access to downtown."
