About this House

What's unique:Large back porchCovered front porchBeautiful wood countertopsCeiling fanGas stoveLarge closet
Walk into a large shared living room with a shared kitchen and dining room just past it. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, and lots of beautiful wood countertops. The bedroom is off of the living room and has a large closet and a ceiling fan with a street view. The large bathroom has a bathtub and has the shared laundry units in it. The house has a covered front porch and a large back porch both are shared. I'm not there all of the workweek so the house is pretty much all yours most of the time, but shoveling and bringing out the trash will be the renters responsibility and cleaning up after themselves immediately will be expected. The utilities for the house will be split 50/50. The house is located in a safe neighborhood and very close to the Ishpeming Hematite football/baseball fields and park.

"it is a very hilly community and you can get winded. The other thing would be if the folks didn't pick up dog waste it could get very messy. When walking your dogs in our neighborhood you sense that people care and enjoy their community. Very safe and secure neighborhoods. There is a leash law in our city and it gives us a sense of security and safety. Strong emphasis on licensing dogs in our city too. "
  • Nanatam1960
"community concerts, block parties, garage sales, Christmas parades, 4th of July parades, ethnic festivals"
  • Nanatam1960
