    "What a great family oriented community! Friendly neighbors live on this block and it is right next to City Park which has many hiking/biking trails as well as a brand new disc golf course. In the winter time the trails are groomed for skiing and many are open to snowshoe. Beautiful Pine Grove Country Club is also right down the street. This block is also about 8 blocks from Iron Mountain Schools."
