"I’ve lived in sunny mead ranch for 6 years. The HOA is very well maintained with very mature trees. Absolutely beautiful. The clubhouse, lake and amenities are well worth it. Very safe too. "
  • Vngwkyg5y2
"I drive a car , with beautiful scenery , wonderful built homes, local schools, and grocery stores. Easy access to the 60 freeway.."
  • Sally.sam89ss
"I don’t hear about any events the Neighbourhood is too quiet no social life. It’s not so clean. People need to take more care about the Neighbourhood needs more teamwork. If every apartment take off it’s on Cleaning. It would be better."
  • Jose Urias
"Moreno Valley has of open areas to walk your dogs. There are also a lot of parks and grass areas, as well as mountains with hiking trails in Moreno Valley. I believe dog owners would love to have more dog parks for their pets. There is definitely room at the parks to make some room for dog parks. Though, I could see some residents being upset with the amount of dogs in one area. Either way, Moreno Valley is definitely dog friendly in the neighborhoods. "
  • Janssen158
"Halloween participation, Christmas decorations participation, neighbors watching properties while others are on vacation."
  • EC
"The neighbors in this neighborhood always look out for each other. It’s a very quiet street. And the views to the golf course are beautiful "
  • Margaret White

  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is quite some part. I just don't like how pack it gets with crazy drivers picking kids from school. and blocking street entrances "
  • Trulia User
"it's great so far I've lived here for 11 years I like it cause everything I need is right in the neighborhood "
  • Trulia User
"Moreno Valley has increased in crime within the last 6 months. There’s is always one crash, or death occurring everyday in the area. Cameras in your house are a “must” not an option. Property you look at, make sure it has perfect lawn or landscaping otherwise you’ll be fined like crazy by the city or end up paying $1,000’s to renovate. No commercial vehicles allowed in residential areas either."
  • Trulia User
"There are families of diverse backgrounds. Home owners have pride in their homes. Near lake Perris camping and hiking trails "
  • Galltami071165
"Ive lived in my home on katrina for 25 years and it tends to stay quiet at night .once in a while there will be a birthday party.but it always shuts down by ten."
  • Trulia User
"Peaceful and quiet. I enjoy this about this community. Also everyone is very nice and considerate and kind "
  • Trulia User
"Family friendly, a lot of parks near by. Moreno Valley in general is a area to raise a family with kids "
  • Trulia User
"The commute is good according to the time of day you leave home and whether or not they are doing street repairs."
  • Trulia User
"It’s very close to the 60fwy (only about a 5 min drive with minimal traffic on the streets). The 60 freeway can be bad but there are many surface streets running parallel that can get you to places further down where traffic is lighter"
  • Trulia User
"great for shopping and many food restaurants easy freeway access to many place very affordable homes "
  • Trulia User
"Just a great place to live! I enjoy the neighbors and everyone has respect for one another. The schools are great!"
  • Trulia User
"Many parks and schools... also entertainment for the family. Close to freeways and lakes... great place to raise a family!"
  • Trulia User
"It’s ok to walk around in the day time most vermin are asleep but at night be sure to be home and if you just go out at nigh go there and straight back and always be with and around your children"
  • Nancycoco.lopez
" busy, feels like there’s more traffic out, takes about 25 minutes to get into townThere is quite a few people that drive a little faster than they should be going though. Some construction going on some of the local streets"
  • Abrownslady
"Great place to be and family oriented everyone’s friendly and nor a lot of homeless like there is in other parts of the city "
  • Derrellmccall87
"Everyone nice and the dogs are beautiful and respectful. Have several dog lovers all over this neighborhood "
  • Mariai.bonilla4
"You can’t really walk your dogs here, other neighbors dogs are pretty aggressive and quick to run to the fence and bark uncontrollably. Other people don’t pick up their dogs stools, usually."
  • Leana S.
"They would like that there’s a lot of kids. A lot of families all around. Kids around and it’s a nice quiet place to be . Also nice to save money and start off new "
  • Gilroy N.
"Facilities to get bags for picking up after our furry friends. That would be the only thing. I just wish that for the area, things were cheaper. Nothing justifies the cost of real estate out here."
  • Louie V.
"That it’s dog friendly and most of the neighbors have them keeps unwanted visitors away from your home"
  • Emi R.
"The Elementary school does a trick or treet event every Halloween. The Palm Canyon church does an event as well, that has food and obsticals for kids. I grew up in this area K-12. Low crime, but you hear a lot of fireworks through the year. "
  • Michael G.
"this is a very good neighborhood. we have not experience d any problems here. This area is veey quite at night."
