Don't go to this school they are too strict, they don't allow you to bring food, you can get suspended for coming to school late, and the school buses take forever to come. I would rather go to the French school since they don't have uniforms, unlike Greenbelt. Teachers yell at you for no reason like if people next to you, there is more that I can say because how bad it is.

I'm extremely disappointed with the bus service at Paint Branch Elementary. The timing is consistently terrible – my pre-K child's bus arrives around 5 PM, even though school ends at 3 PM. What's worse, one day the bus actually took my child back to the school, and they were there until 5:30 PM with only the janitor present. While I'm not accusing the janitor of anything, the fact that there was no staff supervising my five-year-old is unacceptable. This school needs to seriously improve its transportation and supervision. I cannot recommend Paint Branch Elementary based on this experience.

In my experience as an alumnus of the school, i would say... there were some teachers that cared... and there's most of them who didn't including the principal... the quality of education was terrible when I attended from 94-97.. the athletic department sucked as well up until 1997 when our basketball team finally made it to the 4A state championship and finished as runner-ups.. Anyways, the teachers and subs were just there to get paid.. i watched a teacher when I was a senior in algebra 2/triganometry class working on his golf swing as he was prepping for retirement or something lol.Fights were always happening during lunch or after school.. I hated the school to the core.. i was a track runner at the time and Bowie, Eleanor Roosevelt or Suitland HS could've used some talent like me
