  • Trulia User
"quite & happy. great schools and close to local communities. never really have a problem with the locals and new people living in the aarea. "
  • Trulia User
"Most people don't keep their dogs on a leash and hardly ever pick up after them as they walk. They're not willing to hold onto their pets or their children even under high traffic times of the day. There's a small portion of local residents in and around the area that welcome your feedback and are willing to help no matter what you might need. Some are very happy to talk to you while you walk and keep control of their pets."
  • Trulia User
"Great neighbors. Very diverse residents. All races. All incomes. Friendly people. Pet friendly. Close to many retail businesses and eateries. "
  • Sandi C.
"Fenced large yard so most dogs are contained. Or you see a lot of dogs being walked on a leash. I never see dogs running loose. "
  • Adam E.
"Everyone likes dogs in this area and all of the other dogs seem quite friendly to other dogs. The area is nice for walks "
  • Andres O.
