We built this home to be our forever home and we are looking for someone to care for it and also enjoy it as much as we do. Our family is taking a sabbatical year abroad and so we are renting it fully furnished.

- Garden area with raised beds and fruit trees

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
