Built from the ground up and fully furnished and private, this rental unit is perfect for a couple or single professional. Home is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a private deck and courtyard perfect for entertaining, gardening, and enjoying our beautiful weather. French doors open to the home with a fully furnished kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. One bedroom has room for a King Bed and other bedroom has room for.a Queen option if needed. New Roku TV in Living Room stays. Living room sofa also can stay and converts to a king sleeper and there is a 4 person dining table. Both bedrooms have ample closet/storage space. Home has its own washer and dryer.

Main home is occupied in the front by a family and so we are looking for someone who is quiet and can respect the family in the front as well. Street parking only.

Rent is $3500/month, fully furnished. Lease is for 1 year and then month-to-month afterwards. All utilities are responsibility of the renter. This includes SDG&E, San Dieguito Water Bill (every other month), Cable and Wifi. For SDG&E and Water, amount will be split fairly with main house. Owner will pay for a weekly gardener to maintain the courtyard. Rent is due 1st of the month and deposit is one month's rent.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
