Home is located in one of the most sought after areas of Encinitas. Family neighborhood and just over a mile to the beach. Close to 3 different award-winning schools in Encinitas Union District including Ocean Knoll Elementary, Oak Crest Middle School, and San Dieguito Academy.

3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a possible 4th bedroom, office, or flex room (garage was converted to a room with epoxy floors, windows, ceiling fan, lighting). Open concept living with an open kitchen, brand new refrigerator with a stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Beautiful counter seating area to entertain and large sunroom. The home is great year-round with a wood burning fireplace and central heat in the winter and central A/C in the summer. Home has a large backyard with lots of grass and entertaining areas. Home has a washer/dryer for your use and also owner is leaving the 2 TVs seen in the photo (one is in living room and other is in Master Bedroom). One bathroom has a 2 headed shower and is very spacious and other bathroom has a shower/bath combo. Both bathrooms have bidet seats attached with pedestal sinks.

One other note is that owner built a brand-new accessory unit in the back. It is currently occupied by a very quiet 1-person renter. The unit has its own entrance and is private from the main house.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
