1 ROOM FOR RENT. Nice Bedrooms available in second floor of this shared Downey house. Looking for 1 working professional per room. Needs to be respectful, responsible and clean person that can follow house rules. Second floor has 5 bedrooms private rooms, shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. Other renters live here. Owner does not live in house. One renter per bedroom. Everyone is professional and respectful. Furnished rooms. Light cooking in shared kitchen. Not good if you want to spend a lot of time cooking as it is a shared kitchen. Has 2 bathrooms kept clean and shared. You get code to Main door and code to your private bedroom. Washer and dryer included in house. Utility bills and WIFI included. No smoking on property, no alcohol and no parties. No pets.

Looking for one tenant, we have a couple of bedrooms available in the house we are listing, common areas, such as kitchen and bathrooms are shared, we are looking for a tenant that will follow house rules and clean after themselves. If two people apply the rent will be $1500. For one person it's $1150. This includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, washing and drying for free at the house. Lease will be month-to-month.

    "Lots of dog poop on side walks and front yards because lots of dog owners don’t think they have to pick up after there dogs or there are some dog owners in the neighborhood that let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood and there dog poops on neighbors yards and they don’t pick it up. Other than that it’s good. "
