*Basement is a separate Unit, which is currently listed for rent as well. Both upstairs and basement units are completely separate with their own entrances and amenities. The home shares a driveway, and Heating/AC. You may be able to hear basement tenants and they may be able to hear you. We have never had any issues with noise, but be mindful. No parties or excessive noise. Utilities are split between upstairs and basement tenant (usually between $100-$150 each). Landlord pays Trash, Sewer.

Owner pays Water, Sewer, Garbage, and yard maintenance.
Tenants pay Gas, Electric, Internet (split with basement unit tenant) Usually 100-150$/Month.
