Description

New construction ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, new washer and dryer, perfect studio accessory dwelling. No oven, but has stove top. Murphy bed included as well as table and chairs. Looking for a "low key" tenant(s) with low traffic to the home. House is at the end of a culdesac. Accessory dwelling has an enclosed privacy fence. I have my own approval system I charge $75 application fee per applicant.

Looking for a 1, 2, or 3 year lease, no pets preferred, no smoking or vaping. All utilities included.
