Room Description

One room available now to share my spacious 2BR/1BA condo in Encinitas, just a short walk or bike ride from Moonlight Beach and downtown. The condo is in a quiet, gated community right off I-5, with direct access to a huge park and tons of natural light throughout. It's the perfect spot for someone who enjoys the outdoors, stays busy, and wants a peaceful place to call home.

The available bedroom has a closet and a sliding door that opens onto a large wraparound patio overlooking the park. We'd share the bathroom (lots of storage), and you'll have access to a real wood-burning fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, a pool, and your own parking spot. Shared spaces are fully furnished, but you'll furnish your room. Utilities are included in rent.

Rent is $1950/month, utilities are about $100. Six month or month-to-month lease options with the option to extend at the end of the lease. Available now.

The lease is 12 month, also open to short term or month-to-month. Let's discuss.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
