Unit is a corner unit with a beautiful overlook to the property greenbelt and comes with two parking spaces within our gated community. Neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful.

This is my primary residence that I rent out short term while I travel. Background and Credit Check required. This is a non-smoking, non vaping property. Quiet hours must be respected as part of the condo community. 2 adults maximum.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
