Our living area features hand-crafted Quartz counters, whitewashed elevated ceilings, the relaxing ambience of a modern gas flame fireplace, Cal-king size bed with plush, bamboo linens, 3 full bathrooms with large walk-in showers, open concept gourmet kitchen which includes 5 burner stove top, convection/microwave oven, Nespresso machine & all the necessities for great home cooking.

Sit outside and relax in the large built-in jacuzzi or swim laps in the swimming pool. Find your comfort zone on the deck chaise loungers while soaking up the healthy Vitamin D enriched California sunshine. And at the end of the day, put your feet up to the fire-pit while toasting marshmallows.

Additional features: on-site parking, deck with ocean view, washer/dryer, reverse osmosis drinking water, flat screen TV's, Wifi, NetFlix, etc.

Hand selected furnishings & finishing touches to make your stay a unique and special experience. We are very experienced hosts and designed our space with visiting family & friends in mind. We try to think of every little detail our guests could need or want while traveling.

*Perfect for a short-term stay, personal retreat or local business trip. We are just west of the freeway so you may hear the hum of the freeway when outside, as well as the occasional honk of the local Coaster train traveling up & down the San Diego coastline.

Please feel free to text us if you need anything at all during your stay. We provide a lockbox with the key for ease of arrival & departure.

Encinitas is one of the top surf towns in the world and from our California Dreamin' home you can walk to downtown Encinitas and sample award-winning restaurants, coffeeshops, yoga Studios, and Surf Shops.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
