Cute bungalow style 3 bed 1 bath 1064 sq ft. with tons of potential. House has a newer roof and newer interior HVAC unit. Could use new floors, paint, bathroom, and an exterior hvac unit(while it does work it is very old but has been maintained.). House does need some repairs but will make a great home.

House is currently occupied with a potential occupancy date of May 15th or June 1st. Deposit to be held at the title company and signed lease to officially hold the house.

$8,000 down to buy house, but I'm flexible on this and could accept $4,000 up front and the additional $4,000 can be paid back in monthly installments of $100 per month and then you can pay it off on or before next year's tax return. So give me a call and we'll see what we can come up with if you aren't able to pay it all up front as I can accept payments on this.

    "This place is so cute. It's a quiet, family neighborhood with great walkability to restaurants and shops. We often visited the historic Commercial Street area for entertainment. The kids walk to Robberson Elementary. There is very little traffic. The garage with opener is so nice to park your car and store things. The fenced in backyard is perfect for the dog and the basement with pet door is perfect for the cat. The Woodland Heights Neighborhood Association shows great community involvement. The neighbors are nice. The house is very clean and well maintained."
