Finished in 2021, this home features two walk-in closets in the master bedroom, an open floor plan, natural gas appliances (including a fireplace), temperature-controlled garage, and a backyard with a privacy fence. The 3-car garage is temperature controlled and features bluetooth and app-enabled garage door openers and installed Fastrack storage system, as well as plenty of floating shelves. The neighborhood is extremely friendly with mostly young families and retirees, with a brand new pool, as well as a playground and basketball and tennis courts. If you are looking for community, friendly neighbors, well-maintained homes, and modern living, this is the right home for you.

Bent Tree is in close proximity to I-44, James River Expressway, Chestnut Expressway, and W. Sunshine St, as well as being adjacent to Republic and Willard.

I used to live in this house, so I know it and the neighborhood intimately. The house has the best neighbors I've ever had. I'm not a property management company, so as my previous tenants will attest to, I'm a pretty easy going landlord. Respect the house and we will get along just fine.

Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Two small pets are allowed, after that any more small pets will be increased $50/month. This does not include small exotic pets that do not make a mess, as long as any heating sources for them are properly and safely secured.

The lease term will be for one year and then month-to-month after that.

    "I've lived in Rosewood Village for 4 years now. It's a nice neighborhood and I haven't seen anything to report as far as problems going on here. It's been pest free since I've been here. A big plus! I've only had a minor problem with heat and A. C. that was taken care of quickly. The staff & maintenance has been nice in handling any problems that a person may have. The laundry room is nice. A nice pool is on site too. They're remodeling the decks & I think, patio doors. I recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live in this area! "
