I had this property as an Airbnb until January, when I switched it to a rental. Please feel free to visit the Airbnb link for pictures until I figure out how to get the pictures over here!

Tons of parking. Tons of privacy.
You will love the large kitchen with a butcher block island.
It is on a quiet private tree lined road in a nice neighborhood. My Airbnb guests loved it.
It feels like you are out in the country, but close to 414.

There is well and septic, so no water bill. Renter pays electric and internet. Ideally a 12 month lease. No indoor smoking. There is a front porch and a large back porch. Tons of parking on property. Chickens are allowed! Tenant is responsible for lawn militance or can pay $65 per service.
