"Privacy is the main reason for living in an area like this. The rural feel is important. No one bothers me."

"Dogs stay on owners property since there is a lot of land for each owner. Dogs are never seen walking down road with owner on leash and there is no dog run since there is no need for one."

"Very peaceful, and great natural environment. Family oriented. It is a golf cart community and most of the neighbors are driving one. An IGA is just a few blocks from my house, and it is very convenient. Easy access to 429 and 6 miles to Mount Dora. Love to live here."

"We were the 1st ones to build in phase 3 and we have lived here for 15 years. We love living here. Our neighbors are great. Downside would be that unless you are on a well, your cost of water is ridiculous. There are also quite a few renters now in the neighborhood. We are fortunate that our neighbor that rents, treats the house as if it were their own!"

"I've lived here since 2002. I've watched it grow from a dirt road community to a maintained paved road neighborhood where neighbors walk, run and ride their bikes. Everyone looks out for each other like family."

"Since this is a big neighborhood u should keep ur child close so they don’t get lost and this Neighborhood doesn’t allow dogs to be tied up in the back and I don’t like that they should change it"

"You wouldn’t want to let dogs out untethered, especially at night, because there are coyotes that occasionally run through the neighborhood "
