Large Garden unit, freshly painted with NEW Appliances, in a quiet building. One bedroom, PLUS Bonus Room (office, den, small bedroom or storage). Lots of natural light and additional storage space. Coin laundry in building; located on same level as this unit. Plenty of off-street parking. Close to public transportation. SECTION 8 VOUCHERS ACCEPTED. $50 non-refundable application fee will be collected at time the application is submitted. We will run credit, background and eviction history. We will also need to see a copy of you last 2 check stubs. Applications ONLY AVAILABLE at the open house. NO Security Deposit; $550 Non-refundable Move-In Fee.
