Very unique and charming Two bedroom apartment located in the Garfield Historical District . Due to the layout, the unit feels much bigger with a separate living room, kitchen, and large bedroom. Floors are a wood laminate. There is a small porch. Built in cabinets, stackable washer/dryer in unit, lots of storage throughout and your own little private covered porch for relaxation/container gardening. Pets are welcome, subject to pet policy. Tenant is responsible for Gas & Electricity. Move In Costs include: Security Deposit $ 1100 (subject to credit screening, fully refundable) + First month rent $1325 + Preparation Fee $200 + Application Fee ($45 per Applicant) + Any Applicable pet fees Total Move-in OAC No pets = $2375 1 pet =$2620 2 pets = $2790 We run a full back ground/credit check. We are looking for a 12 month lease, 3x's rent (including pet fees) in income, and good rental history on all applicants. Pets are welcome subject to pet policy and breed We allow 2 pets for this property Pet Fees: 1st pet $200 non-refundable pet deposit + $45 mo pet rent 2nd pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit +$20/ mo pet rent The Following Breeds, and/or mixes of these breeds are NOT allowed: American Pit Bull Terrier American Staffordshire Terrier Wolf hybrids Doberman Pinscher Pit Bull Mix American Bulldog Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rottweiler big Chow Chow Great Dane (Allowed in houses if kept outside) Akita Other than Cats and Dogs, pets will be approved on a case by case basis.     "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
