Located in the Takoma Park Old Town neighborhood, the location is walkable to the CVS drugstore, ACE hardware store, Starbucks coffee, Busboys & Poets bookstore and Sunday farmers market, only 4 blocks to the Takoma Metro station and 7 blocks from the TP/SS Montgomery College campus.
Out of 3 private bedrooms on the second floor, one is available for December. It is 120 sq ft. (see image--fits queen bed, desk and chest of drawers) and has a full-size closet plus two southwest facing windows with views.
The current housemates are both young men recently graduated from college. The owner lives on site in separate quarters in the basement.
