Large Bedroom (16' x 12'): Generous layout, natural daylight from an above-ground 42" x 30" window, and two California closets.

Main Living Area (23' x 20'): Massive, open space to set up your own personal living furniture, office, or entertainment viewing area.

Bathroom: A private full bathroom with shower/tub combo, granite vanity, and ample built-in storage.

Flex Room (10' x 11'): Ideal for a private home office, fitness space, or media room. Includes an additional storage closet. A commercial-grade treadmill sits just outside the entryway; a full weight set/benches can be left upon request.

Shared Amenities & Layout Parameters:

Interior Connectivity: In compliance with local single-family zoning, the lower level remains structurally connected to the main floor via an interior stairwell.

Primary Entry & Patio (11' x 12'): The tenant will utilize the lower-level sliding glass doors as their primary day-to-day entrance. The doors open onto a private concrete patio overlooking a Koi Pond.

Convenience Hospitality Area (8' x 11'): The lower level features a dedicated convenience area equipped with a microwave, countertop cooktop (with ductless hood), apartment-sized dishwasher, mini sink, full-sized refrigerator, and granite countertops with ample cabinet storage.

Shared Laundry Facilities: Full-sized laundry units are located on the garage level and shared with the household. To maximize privacy, the housemate will have sole, designated access to the laundry room 2 3 days per week.

Gardening Plot: Ample space for a private vegetable garden is available upon request.

Parking & Utilities:

Parking: One dedicated, full-sized off-street parking space on the driveway apron.

Utilities Included: Flat-rate arrangement covering electric, hot water, high-speed WiFi, garbage collection, snow/leaf removal, and groundskeeping.

Terms:1-year roommate agreement preferred (6-month agreement considered for an additional $75/month).Single occupancy only. No smoking.

This arrangement complies strictly with Wildwood single housekeeping unit guidelines.

However, I will say that my dog is very friendly and wants to meet EVERYONE lol. This has caused me to receive some dirty looks before. "

It’s a relatively low crime area except for people who raid from outside and prey on innocent homeowner to leave their cars running while letting the engine warm up.
