About this House

2 bedroom + 1 bath main floor of house with amazing ocean and San Diego skyline view in La Mesa available as soon as possible for a 9 or 12 month lease. Total rent is $3200 (entire top floor) or $1600 per room. Rent includes fiber wifi, water, and trash. Gas and electricity cost extra.

In a private and quiet neighborhood near SDSU and central San Diego with many places being 10-20 minutes away by car (Convoy, PB, La Jolla Shores, SD Airport) and walkable to La Mesa Village and a MTS Trolley station. You can see almost all of west SD, such as Coronado bridge, Pt Loma and downtown San Diego.

Comes with a shared kitchen, laundry, and garden (if you want to contribute). Semi-furnished with couches and outdoor balcony furniture. Street parking only, with a covered front entry to store your e-Bike, etc.

About me - I am a 22 year old male currently living on the bottom floor/unit. So either looking for someone who is willing to rent the entire top floor or on a per room basis. I just graduated from UCSD and am working part-time and doing a master's from home.

No smoking. No more than 3 adults or 2 adults/2 kids.
