"We’ve been here 1 yr only but so we have met some nice neighbours. Been round to their houses for drinks and food. There’s more space down here and we have a nice yard. No packages get stolen and there’s no weird or scary vagabonds hanging around so we feel safe. "

"We've lived here for 5 years and love how easy it is to get downtown on the light rail or bus. The grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away, and there are lots of restaurants nearby in Georgetown and Columbia City. plenty of parks, too!"
