"Beautiful Washington lake view with Mt Rainier on the water. Plenty of trails on the park and the lap is about 2 miles. Many people walking and running when weather is good"

"People walk their dogs all the time around here. There a plenty of places to walk and there is a dog park on Genesee. Do not recommend after 4:30pm on weekdays because that’s when less trained dogs go."

"I have lived here since 95. Love that there is always something to do. Close to the mountains, the water and many parks. If you like the outdoors well it’s amazing. "

"Beautiful views of the mountain and the lake, close to the water. Family oriented neighborhoods. Coffee shops, book stores, and restaurants within a 10min. walk. On bus line. 15min walk to the light rail station. Business areas within walking distance - Columbia City and Seward Park (on Wilson Ave.). We actually have 2 to choose from."
