IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION;
Sailboat key is an HOA owned community with rental units only available to families for a minimum of three months or longer.
Zillow rentals must be at least 6 months or longer.
1. Zillow applications are available on this website. Both adults can apply on a joint application.
2. Once the applicants are approved, the landlord will upload the lease for the tenant and landlord to sign through Zillow.
3. Then, an HOA form must be signed by the tenants with a $75 fee to the HOA Association for HOA screening. Then, the tenants sent back the form and fee to the landlord to get approval through the HOA Board. The Landlord will provide the form to the tenants.
4. Tenants must be approved through the HOA board at least 10 days before the rental period commences.
5. Once tenancy approval is completed, The landlord will inform the tenant of the right to occupy the unit and begin the rental process. All entry information will be given at that time.

"You must walk out of the neighborhood at least 1 1/2 miles to get to bus stop. Downtown is 20 minutes by car, snd St. Petersburg beach is 15 minutes by car. "

"There are many evening and weekend dog walkers, almost all friendly. Weekends feel like time off!!! water is given to dogs as needed. There’s too much traffic for comfort, but people respect walkers and vica versa."

"My neighborhood to tell me they Island, in South Pasadena is convenient to everything! 0.5 miles to Saint Pete Beach and you can find any kind of restaurant, shopping, entertainment, within 3 miles. Along with doctors, dentist, a hospital, all within a half mile.It is amazing!"
