    "I don’t know of any community events aside from Bingo at various halls, etc. However I, oftentimes , will visit with some neighbors ie watch the Bills, etc. Oftentimes, I’ll also meet people at the dog park which is quite close. People are pretty friendly, in my opinion. "

    " We are in the center of the the city.Everthing is close ,stores gas stations, hardware stores etc.Most of my neighbors are a friend of a friend familiar with them.We see alot of nature here.Deer,geese Cardinals and other beautiful birds.also have a great pond with fish turtles and bullfrogs.We also see Hawks and an occasional owl.Great place to live,nice and peaceful back here!! thanks"

Close to food, pubs, shopping and more. Desirable school system. Location near I-90 on ramp allows for a 15 minute commute to Buffalo City center. Great place to raise a family.
