No pets, Person with good credit history only, We prefer a one to three month rentals. This is a preferred site for professionals for short term work especially nurses or executives.

Renter is not responsible for utilities. No Pets. No smoking. The condition of the apartment has to be kept pristine as provided to the renter. No change in furniture or the arrangement of furniture. Cleaning fee of 250 dollars will apply at end if stay of at least one months. Street parking is free.

    "Most dogs in the area are very nice to people and other dogs from what I’ve seen. I wish there were nicer receptacles and doggy bag stations in case anyone forgets hopefully one day. Dogs are allowed in the patio area of perks and few other locations down Elmwood and elsewhere. It’s very chaotic on the weekends walking your dog when the bars are just closing around 3am and 4am. After 6pm don’t be surprised if while walking your dog someone asks you for money. That’s just the way it is lately. I never walk my dog with valuables on me for this reason. Lovely area for a walk especially on summer days and afternoons due to the well maintained gardens and parks. "
