About this House

Fully furnished house on lower Ptarmigan Mountain available September 15 with flexible lease terms, but we prefer a long-term lease. Lock in for the winter season now! This is the completely seaparate upper unit of our A-frame. The main floor is open with living area, kitchen with large granite counter, and dining area. The kitchen is fully set up with all necessities and stainless appliances. The back of the main floor has a full bathroom on one side and washer and dryer on the other. The stairs lead you up to two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and beautiful views. The other bedroom has two built-in double beds and a larger space. Large .5 acre lot, which backs up to a small public park. Best deck views in Summit!

Heat, water, electric, trash, water and sewer will be included with $300 fixed monthly utility fee.

Unfortunately, no pets due to allergies.

Under 20 minutes to four major ski resorts!!

    "We've loved our 16+ years here. Think location, skiing, shopping and wonderful mountain views. Fly fishing and summer hiking are incredible. We're only 75 miles, or about 1:20 hr. from Denver. 9 miles from Keystone/Copper. 25 from Vail. Minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, Silverthorne's incredible recreational center, the library and the Post Office. Folks are friendly and helpful as well as fun. "

    "We live in Hamilton Creek. The community borders National Forest. Summit County's 4 ski areas are close by. Steambot is 90 miles North West. Vail is 25 min West. The community is low density with wonderful trails built by community members. Elk, deer, fox, a few bears and moose live peacefully together. Winter & Summer recreation is enjoyed by all."
