But the principal Cheryl Bloom was rude and unprofessional and didn't let me drop them of. "I live here. It’s not great but it’s not as bad as it looks. Our neighbors are kind good people but this isn’t a quiet neighborhood by any means. If you don’t tolerate barking dogs, fireworks throughout the year and huge family parties this isn’t a place for you. "Sun Valley Recreation Park is just across the street. Chase Bank , City National, McDonalds is a block away. Metrolink Sun Valley Station is 2 blocks away. BUR airport is only 2 miles away. Target, Walmart, Costco & Costco Business is only 2 miles away. Access to the 5 Fwy and 170 Fwy is extremely convenient."
