About this House

Available now, our townhome is close to the Campbell Creek trail and Taku Lake. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office/loft area, and a 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a spacious master bath. Our home has renovated bathrooms, and stainless appliances. Other features include vaulted ceilings in the living room, laundry on the second floor near the bedrooms with included washer/dryer, and a fenced back yard. Our neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac. Rent includes water/sewer and garbage/recycling. You would need to pay gas and electric (electric is ~$60 per month and gas is ~$25 per month in the summer, and as much as $200 in the winter on a very cold month). Cable or satellite TV/Internet is also available to you at your expense. We are looking for a long term tenant willing to sign a 2 year lease but are open to other arrangements. We will also allow a dog or *possibly* dogs on approval. Move-in will require first and last months rent plus deposit.     "I live at 76th and Old Seward and am buying a house on 79th. This area is great because of it's fast access to major shopping and eating establishments. It's got fast access to the trail system within a couple blocks and Taku lake is beautiful. My favorite part is that even though this neighborhood is in the center of everything with great access to Seward Highway, it's also very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. "
