About this House

Very unique Victorian apartment that runs from the front to the back of the building. One bedroom is in the front, and one in the back, and this apartment does not share walls with any other, so max privacy.
The front bedroom has a wall of windows, and french doors. The back bedroom is more basic--neither are big.
In between, there are two very spacious open rooms with big windows, high ceilings, French doors and newly refinished hardwood floors . They were probably originally a formal dining room (and still could be) with a large closet, and a living room with a decorative fireplace. Big enough for an art studioin one room and still have plenty of room for living dining room. Hardwood floors just refinished. New floors in kitchen. New paint throughout. All rooms have windows and high ceilings and a lot of light.
The kitchen has a gas stove, new floors and a walk in pantry
The bathroom has new floors, a new sink and tile, and a claw foot tub/shower.
Private to this apartment is a deck that is about 10 x 20 (guestimate). It is large enough for a 4 person table and then some. One could enjoy the outdoors without leaving the comfort of their own home. Big enough for BBQ, potted garden, or just morning coffee outside.

The location can't be beat--easy jaunt to coffee shops, restaurants, Ideal Market (Whole Foods),King Soopers, parks and downtown.

That was me up until a few months ago when I found out I was pregnant. I will be moving west to the foothills/suburbia in August to foster a safer, happier life and future for my baby. Overall, denver/cap hill is just too loud, busy, and congested."
