What's unique:Newer kitchen
This is really a two bedroom but second bedroom is small and no closet. In the pictures, the room with the banner is the bedroom and the room with bed is the half. Both rooms have an entire wall of windows!
Charming sunny one and a half bedroom corner second floor walk up with newer kitchen and a full wall of windows. Eat in kitchen-big enough for a table and chairs for 4- and French doors add to the special quality. Half bedroom can fit twin bed or desk or whatever works for you. Would be great home office, or child's room or art room. You can sit at the desk at look out at the trees. Both bedrooms have a wall of windows. Nice sized living room with hardwood floors. Each floor only has one neighbor in this Victorian building.
