Beautiful 2 level, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2nd floor unit AVAILABLE NOW! 1st level has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher), and living room. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and private half bath. There is an enclosed porch right off the unit and driveway. Included with the unit is 1 off street parking space. This recently updated apartment is located in Ansonia, CT near shopping, restaurants, and route 8. Pets are allowed with the landlord's permission and a $100 non refundable pet fee.

The lease is for a 1 year term, 2 month's security, and 1 month's rent due at the time of lease signing. There is a strict no smoking policy. Rent is due on the 10th of each month; it can be paid through our website, or using a check/money order to our offices. If rent is not received by the 10th there is a $100 late fee. The unit comes with 1 off street parking spot. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The owner will pay for water and sewer.

    "the are a lot of dog owners in the area and they use the neighborhood park for their dogs. unfortunately it is at the detriment to the kids in the neighborhood as the park always has a ton of dog poop so not even the little league likes to use it despite having two baseball diamonds. it would be nice if dog owners were courteous and used the back of the field as opposed to letting their dogs rome on the actual youth fields..."
