"I've seen over 4,000 homes in the past 11 years. This is the most beautiful home I have ever seen," according to a highly respected and experienced Boulder home inspector.
This home is an Architectural masterpiece" Los Angeles Designer.

Incredible investment as this estate has increased in value over $100,000/yr. each year over the past 10 years. The nicest neighborhood in Boulder County, tranquility, peace and majestic views from every room and only, 9 minutes (7 miles) to the Pearl St. mall.

Equestrians can enjoy miles of trails right out the gates, a huge sand arena, a two stall barn with tack room and hay storage.

For those who bike; miles and miles of country roads and the famous left hand canyon bike ride is 2 miles away.

The home is beyond luxury finishes; all hand troweled plaster walls, hand carved timber beams hold the 17ft. great room ceiling, 3 fireplaces, two are wood burning furnaces --- electric goes out? No worries you will never be cold and water is infinite right next door.
Gourmet kitchen with a gorgeous copper clad island with a 42" range 6 burner with grill, 36-inch refrigerator, double oven. The great room features reclaimed barn wood flooring.

Like any traditional estate design, bedrooms are in wings for privacy and all have private patios. The private master retreat has a gorgeous black hills slate clad fireplace where every stone was hand picked in the black hills of South Dakota, vaulted ceiling, skylights, cedar floors, steam shower, and private courtyard with outdoor shower. The finished walk out basement, with private patio, includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath with jetted tub, and large family room. It also is plumbed and ready for a kitchen installation for a fully separate attached apartment.

Future expansion and technology has been considered at this home; The roof is plumbed and electricity run for solar, both hot water solar and photovoltaic cells. The area of the garage is set up with heat and plumbing for future expansion and plenty of room for a new huge garage or barn or both.

The home has a passive solar design and the large great room is heated by the sun!

Outdoors, enjoy nearly 3 acres of open land and pasture with miles of mountain views and access to horse trails, biking and running paths, with tons of open space within walking distance.

Fenced pastures, barn, huge riding arena add lots to enjoy on the property. $15,000 cash back at closing for anything the new owners may want to make the house their own.

The owner is only selling because she bought a property that will accomodate a cross country jumping course. She loves Nebo Road and wouldn't move from the best area in Boulder County there is! Email the seller to receive a video of the property and come visit! c.corona@comcast.net

I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit!
