Read what parents are saying about Silver Creek High SchoolNow that my daughter graduated from Silver Creek HS and went straight to Princeton (this is not a joke), I can say with certainty that this is a great school. Just the fact that the school principal took his time to write a long and substantial letter of recommendation for my daughter exemplifies the efforts this school makes to help its students succeed. Bravo, SCHS!

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHygiene Elementary School is an exemplary educational facility. From the moment of our first tour until now we have been greatly pleased. The environment is absolutely lovely. It's tucked away in the country and feels quite safe. The administration is fabulous and seems to support a strong parent/ school alliance. The teachers have been wonderful and caring. Also, my child seems challenged academically and also has fun throughout her school day. There has been no major bullying issues we have been aware of. Issues between children have been dealt with quickly and respectfully. We cannot say enough good things about this school and I recommend it highly.Parent Review2mo ago - Indian Peaks Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSend your kids here if you want them to learn. The school day is longer than at other schools in St. Vrain, the teachers have been excellent, and my kids' friends (mostly) are kids you enjoy being around. I'm impressed by how much better the schooling is than when I was kid. Flagstaff also has an after school program called Dragon Flight that is great for working parents. Runs until 6pm and is available in the morning from 7am to 8am if you need that. Available during the various late start and teacher inservice days. It's right there on site. As a working parent there is never enough time - this program really helps us. My only complaint about Flagstaff is that the lunch time for the kids is pretty short.Parent Review2mo ago - Blue Mountain Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe children’s house was a good experience but once my child entered elementary it was a very traumatic experience for the whole family. Sadly, I know that we aren’t alone in this experience which is why I decided to share this review. The school will not change with the current administration. It could have so much potential if someone stepped in that truly cared about the children and made the school a place where differences are tolerated and children can truly thrive. Even parents whose children continue at this school report always feeing like they’re in trouble. Parents are constantly told that the clothes their kids wear aren’t ok, the lunches they pack aren’t good enough, home discipline is judged with little to no knowledge and support. School should be a community where imperfect people meet to grow and learn together. A school that is this intolerant and arrogant simply causes too much damage.Parent Review4y ago - Mountain Peak Private School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience started off well and we had a long history with the school for 5 years. Then we had a disagreement, which the owners were unwilling to meet with us for. If they had, then we would have stayed, but we were told a meeting would be, and I quote "Pointless". I think that says enough to parents who are looking at schools. Your complaints and tries at being partners with this school is "pointless". They have shown to be unbending so for us to have continued there would have been "pointless". As we looked at the public records for education licensing and reached out to other families who left this year we found many things, which the school had lied to us about from day 1. Overall, as a business, because in Colorado private schools are small businesses, they are awful in customer service and improvement. As teachers, I have to say that they are awful, because they lied about the accreditation when we enrolled for preschool. The founder who is acting principal never got a principal certification from Colorado, and his teaching license has been expired. There is no board overseeing the school's administration, which means families are left to the mercy of the founders' whims. I cannot, in good conscience, promote this school any longer because of the misrepresentations I found, and their unwillingness to even just talk. Please look at other schools to educate your children.Parent Review6y ago
