About this House

This beautiful, recently remodeled apartment is approximately 950 sq ft. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

After walking up the stairway, to your unit, you will find a large private balcony leading to the front door. There are large windows in the living room and vinyl floor planking throughout the entire apartment except in the bathrooms and kitchen, which have tile floors.

The kitchen has recently been remodeled with beautiful white cabinets, marble look flooring, and a gray-colored countertop. The gas stove has a vent above it, and there are stainless steel handles to open all the cabinets.

The hallway bathroom has also recently been remodeled and has a newer tile flooring that is gray with a little bit of white. The bathroom in the main bedroom also has a gray tile floor with a little bit of white in it. The bathroom vanities are newer. Both bedrooms are large enough that you should be able to fit any size bed in them. The main bedroom has a very large storage area with mirrored closet doors filling up one entire side of the main bedroom wall. The main bedroom also has a fanlight and a wall AC unit.

The guest bedroom has vinyl planking floors, a large mirrored closet, and a fan light.

The vinyl planking floors throughout the apartment should make cleaning up the floors easy. There are beautiful windows throughout the apartment as there are no shared walls with this unit. It is an upper unit so you don't have to hear anyone walking overhead.

There is forced air heating throughout the apartment and wall air conditioners in the main bedroom and in the living room.

There is a parking spot below the unit in the garage that is covered from the sun with a personal car charging station for this unit if you have an electric car since the electrical panels for this unit have recently been upgraded. If you have a bike, you can store it in front of your car under the storage unit in the parking space or in your personal balcony.

There are blinds throughout the unit covering the windows.

There is a common area laundry room for all the units within the building.

Owner pays for water and trash. The tenant pays for electricity and gas.

    "Best of the Best! Hands down! Wife grew up here. We both have lived and worked in Arcadia for years. Children graduated from Arcadia High. We value our community it is becoming an expensive location to purchase a family home. It's upsetting to see these huge lots become nothing but ADU investments taking away the fundamental essence of family traditional home living. It's crazy. And if you were to see the bigger picture in the near future, it be no different than apartment living @ a more affordable rate. That's my take from Arcadia. Meanwhile we love it yet the future is uncertain. "

    "Loads of traffic that go through traveling between 10 and 210 freeways. Had a car flip in front of my house and then another car crashed into front lawn next door within the same month this year. Would not recommend for walking but driving can also be a hassle because streets are engineered awkwardly. Lots of streets with merging in weird places. Last, id say meth has gotten to be a problem here with the homeless but unfortunately I imagine that is true in many areas."
