About this House

75 Main St Apt.2 One Bedroom Plus Office

Iconic, newly renovated building on Main St in Downtown Richmond. A one bedroom plus office with lots of character is located on the second floor and just a short walk to the waterfront on the Kennebec and some awesome local eateries!

All floors are beautiful, hard wood floors except the black and white tiled shower/tub bathroom. The octagon windowed living room overlooks the downtown. Amenities include a large eat in kitchen with plenty of cabinets, granite counter tops, and a dishwasher.

The sizable bedroom has two large closets with shelving on both ends and in the middle. Plenty of wonderful built-in storage. The Office or Bonus room would work great for a stay-at-home professional.

Shared laundry room is on the second floor not quite completed. Paved parking.

The rent is $1,250 monthly and includes baseboard heat, snow removal for parking driveway, and trash removal available. A/C is available, but same as electricity will be the tenant's responsibility. Security deposit of one month's rent is required.

Richmond is centrally located to the larger cities with 295 being just a few (3.3) miles away. Highway access to Brunswick, Augusta, Lewiston-Auburn and Portland comes with ease.

We will be scheduling viewings Thursday, January 16 and Saturday January 18. Before scheduling a showing an 8-question questionnaire must be emailed back to me.
