Main floor is hardwood and includes a coat closet, half bath and open floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen with island. Sliding door to fenced back yard, half grass and half paver, off of main (middle) floor. Kitchen has stainless steel and granite counter tops. Light fixtures have been updated in kitchen and dining but only visible in one photo (no longer black). Half bathroom by front door is no longer gray but same light color of rest of house. Basement is split in 2 - half is unfinished storage and laundry area and other half is large living room area with half bath and gas fireplace. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, linen closet and 2 full baths. HVAC only a few years old so operating costs should be on the lower side. Great location to highway, shopping, downtown Annapolis, and within a mile to Navy football stadium.

1.5 - 2 year lease. Owner pays HOA and home insurance which covers garbage and recycling. Owner will also supply all filters (HVAC and kitchen faucet) and do quarterly pest treatment. Renter pays gas, electric, water, internet/cable, and renters insurance. Pets are case by case. Extra nonrefundable pet deposit to cover deep cleaning of carpets. Available mid July
