Description

Wonderful family home in Spanish Hills, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, two-car garage. Stunning views of Boulder, the Flatirons, and the snow-covered peaks of the Continental Divide. Large well-equipped kitchen with sunny breakfast area, separate dining room with deck and incredible views, hardwood floors, two wood-burning fireplaces. Situated on an acre of land with mature trees, all with the same views that have made Boulder so famous. Easy access to bikepaths and walking trails, Pearl Street, Old Town Lousiville, US. 36. Wonderful neighborhood almost like living in the country yet minutes from Downtown Boulder and Old Town Lousiville. Pets okay with approval, sorry no smoking. Perfect for extended family or two professionals looking for home/office setup $4350 per month 6, 12 or 18-month lease. Semi-furnished, ready to move in April 1st.

In the warm house full of windows you get to watch as the weather brews, sitting at the big fireplace looking out you'll be able to see clouds build thousands of feet in the air hours before they are visible to those living in shadows in the Boulder valley down below you.
The powerful gusty January chinooks Boulder is known for are just breezes here. The snow sparkles the view in winter, then disappears quickly with your extra hour of afternoon sunshine.
You'll notice as you enter the Spanish Hills area that you go from busy urban to pleasant countryside in just yards. Meandering lanes are surrounded by greenery, open spaces, and pastures. Driving on Spring Drive, you can feel your breathing getting more relaxed, your eyes and ears pleasantly surprised by the sense of space and calm. Despite being just minutes away from Pearl Street, Old Town Louisville, even Denver...you are truly living in the country.
Like so many properties in this beautiful and sought out area full of multimillion-dollar houses, there are powerlines on the property...but on this lot, they are tucked away on the northern property line nowhere near the jawdropping views from the Living Room, Dining Room, west-facing decks or the lower level family room and office areas
We now live in the wine country of Argentina, or we would be living in this special place. Based on our experiences we know that the ground level is a perfect location to create a separate living area for Dad or Mom, autonomous and private, yet only a few feet away from family, and it could easily be adapted with additional privacy and handicap features should you ever wish.
This is a home that will allow you and your extended family to grow and change for decades...so close to everything that makes Boulder special...yet never restricted by neighbors, HOA rules, or anything but your own desires to make the million-dollar views, the hillside location, and the acre of land a special family place for a long, long time

The owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for utilities, gas, electric, cable, trash. First months rent and damage deposit required.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit!
