For those who need to commute out of Boulder Hwy 36 is easy to get on to. Most of the homes are built of brick and many have been updated."

Easy bike ride to CU and to downtown Boulder, great bike paths. Great neighborhood -- mix of college students, families, retirees, CU professionals. Active neighborhood association."
