Hello all, we have a 3-bedroom house available for rent. 20s to early 30s professionals. Home is 10 minute walk to Columbia Heights/ U St train station and Whole Foods. This is perfect for a group looking to rent out a house together or for someone looking for an individual room or for someone who would like to rent the entire house. The house offers two full baths, one on the first level and another to the top level. We have a fully furnished common spaces and 1 fully furnished room. Utilities run $75-$100 monthly per person, split by four with basement unit. Utilities include water, gas, electric, and high speed Fios internet. If you are interested please reach out with a little information about yourself and we can set up a virtual tour/in-person meeting. Credit check will be required by our landlord. The entire house would rent for $2,750. The individual rooms would be $990, $940, and $800.
